Wondering About WonderCrone
What’s up with that name?
Wonder means more than curiosity. It’s the audacity to not know—and still be powerful. It’s not a fleeting feeling, it’s a way of moving through the world. In a culture that worships certainty, control, and productivity, wonder is radical. Especially for women in our third chapter—who’ve been told it’s time to wind down, not ramp up.
To wonder is to soften into strength. To live the question. To treat mystery as holy. This isn’t branding. It’s a way of being.
Let’s Talk About Crone
Yes, Crone is a charged word. Sharp. Jarring. Misunderstood. And that’s why we reclaim it.
“Crone” was never meant to mean “old hag.” She was the truth-teller, the edge-walker, the keeper of deep wisdom.
She’s wild, not worried about approval. She’s powerful, not palatable. She is no longer here to please—she’s here to be.
To reclaim the Crone is to reclaim our fire.
So there’s the name—WonderCrone. Because wonder needs grounding. And wisdom needs a voice.
Come Crone With Us! We don’t fear the fire. We are the fire.
Hi, I'm Jen!

Hi, I’m Jen—founder of WonderCrone, coach, artist, and lifelong explorer.

I started WonderCrone after bumping headfirst into ageism at sixty.
(Surprise! Some people think relevance comes with an expiration date? I beg to differ.)

What began as a personal reckoning has become a purpose-driven platform—a space where women in their third chapter can flip the script on aging.

WonderCrone isn’t about pretending we’re ageless. It’s about celebrating who we are now—with all our wisdom, wonder, scars, sass, and strength.

Through insights, coaching, community, workshops, and a healthy dose of shenanigans, I help women rewrite the stories they tell themselves—and the world—about what aging really means.

As a coach, I work with women (and the occasional open-hearted man) to rediscover purpose, set meaningful intentions, and live this chapter with clarity and joy.

Because aging isn’t the end of the story. It’s the most powerful part of the plot.
Art and Aging in Power
I discovered metal art in 2018 and haven’t looked back.
From that first weld and grind, the Divine Divas began to emerge—bold, mystical figures that carry women’s wisdom from across time and place.

Each Diva holds a message. I don’t always know where it comes from, but I trust it. There’s a kind of subconscious knowing at work—rooted in wonder, shaped by serendipity, and sparked by the beauty of recycled objects we might come across every day.

Come see what aging in power looks like.
