Songs of My Mothers

This Divine Diva represents the wisdom and stories that pass from mothers to daughters across generations, across centuries. Songs of My Mothers shows the maiden on the left, with an ankh standing proud from her figure, representing the concept of eternal life. To the right is the figure of woman. She arches back, giving space to her child and her elder. Her medallion is filled with rose petals, representing commitment, devotion, divine love, passion, sacrifice, and the divine feminine. In the center stands the Crone, the elder woman. Her medallion has a monarch butterfly wing surrounded with the down of a milkweed pod. Monarchs are said to bring messages from our ancestors, which elder women share. This Diva reminds us to learn and sing the stories of our ancestors
