Ataksak

Ataksak is an Inuit goddess. She is the ruler of the sky, and represents the light in the world that brings joy and happiness to the people. Her flights cover the roads, valleys and water ways of this world, which are represented in this totem. All along her path, she provides protection from fear and bringing joy and happiness to those below her. The powerful totem features a lapis lazuli heart surrounded by turquoise, stone of truth telling, and amber, a resin known to eliminate negative energies and fears, acquire patience and wisdom, and even soothe bodily aches. Ataksak’s message is that while joy and happiness are worthy of celestial protection, it is through our truth telling and courage that we are able to enjoy life’s powerful positive emotions
